Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey reversed his stance against Nike on Thursday and welcomed the athletic apparel giant's plans to build a manufacturing facility in the state, a week after he pulled financial incentives following its decision to pull its Betsy Ross shoes that featured an American flag.
